What is different about NFD?

We would highly recommend NFD. The staff always makes us feel comfortable, they are always smiling and very accommodating.  Word's really can't express how I love Dr. Lunn and Dr. Elliott and their staff.

Would you refer NFD to a friend?

Yes.

The staff is always great. They answer any questions you have and always meet your needs.  The staff helps each other.  They have a team atmosphere.  I feel that they are always concerned about my time and make things very convenient for me.  Late afternoon appointments for instance, I have always been impressed that a dentist has late appointments.

Why go to NFD?

I worked for Dr. Lunn's practice from 1995-2000 and Laura my sister-in-law works for him now.  I love that I am a patient there, especially because I know all the ends and outs of their practice and what type of operation they run.

I never have felt like a patient in the middle of a sales pitch. They really care about their patients and what are truly their dental needs.

Also, the whole staff has a lot of love for my kids, most of them having kids themselves.

What is different about NFD?

They are more personal than other dentist.  I have referred many of my friends to their practice.  They always ask me how I am doing, they are more like visiting a friend than visiting a doctor.

Would you refer NFD to a friend?

Yes.

If you fear going to the dentist, Dr. Lunn is the dentist for you. He is very gentle, always thoughtful and never pushes anything on you that you don't want.

He always considers your financial situation. He tries to give you the treatment you need in order to maintain good oral health.

What do you think about the staff?

The staff is great. I always feel like part of the family.  They always work with me to make me comfortable. They provide wonderful personal service.  They always find the times for appointments that work best for me.  I can't really single one staff member out, but they all have done special things for me.

What is different about NFD?

They are always caring and accommodating. They are there to please their clients.  I had an emergency at one time, a cracked tooth.  I called Dr. Lunn at home, and he came in the very next morning. He treated me first thing, even without an appointment.  He and his staff took the time to fix my tooth right away, and that is what matters to me.  They had to make an impression and pull the tooth, so you would expect a lot of pain. But not so with Dr. Lunn.  He gave me a prescription for pain, but I didn't even have to use it.

Why go to NFD?

I always wanted to fix the space between my front teeth.  Someone recommended Nashville Family Dentistry to me. After he examined me, I let him know that I wanted to fix my space.  I had some concerns about what I wanted my smile to look like.  I did not want to look like "all teeth".  We discussed it thoroughly, and Dr. Lunn felt he could meet my expectations.  He also let me know what to anticipate throughout the procedure.

I love the atmosphere at NFD. I have been a patient there for 30 years.  What impresses me is their loyalty. Dr. Lunn is the most gentle, kind, understanding person I have ever met.  He makes his practice seem effortless.

Even when you have severe dental issues they not only take the pain away but the fear as well.  I have always been very encouraged by the dentist and their staff.

Why go to NFD?

I feel that this is the best Dental Practice in Nashville. I have never had a negative experience in 30 years.  NFD is the perfect practice because it truly feels like family.  Laura and Teresa both have children the same age as my niece DeLauren. We are always talking about the things going on in their lives.  I feel like Laura's son Elliott is my nephew.  That is how much I feel like a member of the family.
